Products & Pricing

Prices shown are in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) and are subject to change without notice. Some listings show "Ask for price"; final pricing for these, and confirmation of current pricing for all products, is provided directly via WhatsApp before your order is confirmed. Product descriptions and photos are provided in good faith; actual packaging or minor details may vary slightly from what's shown.

Placing an Order

Orders can be placed by adding products to your cart and checking out via WhatsApp, or by messaging us directly, including for items not yet listed on the site. An order is only confirmed once we've agreed on the product, price, and delivery details with you over WhatsApp, phone, or in person.

Payment

Accepted payment methods are confirmed with you directly on WhatsApp at the time of ordering.

Delivery

Delivery within Dar es Salaam is completed the same day. Delivery upcountry and to neighbouring countries is available, with cost and timing depending on the destination. These are quoted on request via WhatsApp. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees, as they can be affected by factors outside our control.

Returns & Faulty Items

All products are quality-checked before dispatch. If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or email so we can help resolve it.

Limitation of Liability

We work to keep information on this site accurate and up to date, but we don't guarantee it's error-free at all times. To the extent permitted by law, Spider Gadgets is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from use of this website.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
